Anyone having issues moving fro postpaid to prepaid?

Yesterday we moved two mobile services from postpaid to prepaid. One moved within 2 mins. The other didn’t. About 4 hours later the service was removed from ‘My Telstra’ and when you call the number it is ‘disconnected’. After a day we revisited the store and were told there is a known ‘issue’. And it should be resolved by the end of the day. With Telstra pushing customers toward prepaid this is very poor service. My advice is don’t change from postpaid to prepaid until this is sorted and the process doesn’t leave you without a phone for a day or more.
