Bad Customer Service Rundle Mall Store

I went to the Rundle Mall store to purchase a new phone and could not speak to staff immediately, so I asked for a 3pm call back. An unlisted number called me at approximately 3:15pm, however, I was not in a position to answer the call and had to let it go to messagebank. No message was left and no call back was ever made. Lazy.

It might be best to revisit the store with an appointment

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.

Setup direct debit
