Hi my enquiry is about post-paid mobile broadband plans

if I sign up to a 24 month contract, for example
Data 8GB data Cost per MB 0.67c Plan length 24 months $55 per month
$1320 over 24 months plus device cost. Excess data usage costs 3c per 1MB

if i find the data allowance is not suitable can i upgrade or downgrade?

I see. Yes, you can upgrade anytime but if you downgrade your contract will restart and you will pay early re-contracting fee.

That's really disappointing to read.
So it appears that when your internet account was disconnected in December 2013, the BigPond Security product that was attached to it was not disconnected.
This is something that can happen, if you are not aware to request the disconnection of the Security, at the same time that you have your internet service cancelled.
