I’ve been trying to get a refund from Boost/Telstra for the past 2 months or so. They say they can’t send sims to P.O. Boxes (yet it was allowed during the purchase process. Now Boost/Telstra tell me that they have no record of payment. Yet they sent me a confirmation and the payment came out of my bank account. I have provided proof yet they still refuse the refund .

These were 2 sims totalling $480 so this has become a very stressful  couple of months. I have been to the TIO but Telstra/Boost have confused themselves so much that  I am worried they will hoodwink the TIO. Has anyone else had a similar experience or advice?
