Chat and App a never ending loop!

Has anyone else noticed that....

 

You call telstra

get sent a txt message link

forwarded to chat

chat does not answer

chat bot suggests contacting through the app

the app chat sends you back to the same chat

which sends you a link

which logs you into the website

the website says log into the app

the app suggests chat for help

so you click help and the instructions are outdated and incorrect.

 

so you call and get sent and sms

which send you a link

which connects you to a chat bot....

 

so you start calling myrepublic....
