CrowdSupport email notification not working...
This is actually a community support not feedback question, but you appear to not have an option for asking support questions...
I have been wondering why it is I never receive email notifications to forum posts and topics for some time. I have just logged into my forum account to see if I can work out why and it appears that the option to "Verify your email" is not only greyed out but crossed out!?
Is this Telstra's way of telling us they have removed the entire email notification facility, within their CrowdSupport forum?
