Customer Support, or lack thereof

How hard is it for customers to get some form of service help... every single time.... i'm sure the majority of people here are feeling the same.

Anyone else think that calling them ends us getting hung-up on and sent a link to an app worthless??? I've sent messages on here and now it just has error symbols and won't start a new conversation. So my only form of contact with Telstra is now redundant.

Bravo telstra.... sort it out...

What do you need help with? If ti's something that can be resolved with Telstra Systems access, then we might be able to assist (or a the very least point you in the right direction).

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
