Hello Team,
Emails from Santos.com are getting bounced from bigpond.com.au and iinet.net,au. Postmaster at santos says recipient server is taking too much time and hence emails gets bounced back.
Please suggest if santos.com is blocked at your end or is there some issue at gateway level.
This issue start coming couple of days back.

You need to send an email to postmaster@bigpond.com along with a description of the problem and examples of the bounce messages.
Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
