You can chase it up via the My Telstra app, use the "Get Help" icon at the bottom of the screen and leave a message. That will go in a queue and be answered as soon as they can.

The 13 22 00 number is working again. But I've found its best to call during office hours. Some customers have experienced long delays. I called the other day and was answered in about 5 minutes.
