Firefox problems with Crowdsupport.

I have been running a MacBook Pro - OSX Bug Sur 11.1 - I used to access Crowdsupport all of the time through the Firefox browser - it is my preferred.

But I have noticed that there are several things that I cannot do - replying to some postings, simply won't work.  Refreshing a window comes up with

Request Entity Too Large

The requested resource
does not allow request data with GET requests, or the amount of data provided in the request exceeds the capacity limit.

All appears to work with Safari, but I prefer to use Firefox.

Old IT/Comms curmudgeon - did tech support for Alcatel System 12 Exchanges in my day - designed a bunch of stuff for Optus.

Was this helpful?

  • Yes it was, thank you
  • No, I still need help

Re: Firefox problems with Crowdsupport.

It happens in most browsers. I have mine set to clear the cache and cookies when I close it and it fixes the problem 99% of the time.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
