How to set up my new Gateway?
Hats off to Bigpond Backup team. Within minutes of my ringing the required number I was on the air, and the technician even told me how to change my wap key, easy as,
The only thing that may be inproved on - Contact the customer via email prior to disconnecting the old service. A letter to me daid that my old sevice would be love until 26th july, uut was suspended today.
Overall I had great service
