The delivery final came 4weeks 4 days.
No tracking order.
No email to say it's coming.
No confirmation with a tracking number.
No help from 24/7 mobile apps.
No help after a total of 2 x 4 hour waiting on a phone to be answered.
Just appeared and it was lucky I was home.
One email to The Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman
4 days later a package, just a coincidence?

No Boonahgirl, I order it online as a normal order from Telstra online shop.
Paid by credit card which was taken from my card account within 5 minutes.
Then I was covid19 stoned wall after that.
I've ordered through rewards store to cash in some reward points and all in the middle of covid and 2 items came within 4 days of ordering but last order was placed on the same night as previous one and it's just gone M.I.A
So many follow up chats , first the online robot help that won't transfer to a human until it really frustrated the hell out of you and explain the issue again with someone that tells you they can t find order or just wait another few weeks or the warehouse is out of stock but they are still offering the same device in the rewards store to purchase instead of saying it's out of stock ! Really over it . Could I please get the number for ombudsmen that you called ?
3 weeks waiting for me, i just submitted an online ombudsman complaint. ironic as when lodge complaint they ask if you have raised it with telstra, which you cant as just get a useless autobot. come on telstra, up your game and stop promoting telstra rewards so heavily when cant deliver
I'm still waiting as well , apparently there is still no stock but they wont put that on rewards page for others wanting to redeem the same item . Just setting up for others to be dissappointed and frustrated !
