Low aerial cable crossing driveway

I reported a low aerial cable across my drive way, Telstra Report No. 172941529. I was advised that this would be attended to within 48hrs. This problem was reported last Thursday, 20/8/2020 and has, as yet, not been addressed. Are you able to advise when I might expect resolution of this problem. I was advised that as it is considered dangerous it will be attended to urgently. Still waiting.......
