multiple failures when trying to transfer my post paid plan(telstra staff plan) to pre paid plan

Hi all,

 

Just wanted to share my personal experience with Telstra Mobile service, which is not good at all.

 

I called Telstra to transfer my post paid plan to pre paid plan on Feb 14th, and the order has been failing multiple times at the background IT systems. So till today my pre paid mobile service is still not activated. 

 

I don't think I was the only one to transfer from post paid plan to pre-paid plan, why this is so difficult??? Smiley Frustrated
