my emails are being deleted from the server

Help! My emails are being deleted automatically from the bigpond server. I have not changed my settings at all and it doesn't matter which device I access my emails from, they disappear after a few weeks. How can I stop this occurring???

This can be linked to a setting in your mailbox.


I'm not certain why your settings may have changed but to correct this, you'll need to go into your account settings and uncheck a setting.
