Not notified via email when subscribed to a topic on crowdsupport

I am subscribed to a topic and have notify when someone replies in my settings yet I'm not getting emails? Seems similar to this thread that is now archived?

@RobBris Since that post I discovered that the notifications come via my Bigpond account email and not via my email address that I use for other notifications such as Billing.

 

I don't use the Bigpond email address otherwise.

 

I think when I looked into it further I couldn't select what email address Crowd Support sends reminders to. It was stuck on whatever the actual account was created with.

Someone keeps putting vegetables in my beer crisper :-(
