Online bill request shows pending and does not change

I have requested detailed online bills for April many times but the request stays as pending so I can not access the bill. When will this problem be fixed?

It might be just a glitch with your account?


Since you have made the request many times (as you say) and it still hasn't been resolved it sounds to me it needs to be escalated to someone that knows what they are doing.


I suggest you make a complaint to expedite the issue  It can take up to, and exceed, 5 business days for a case manager to be assigned.

Someone keeps putting vegetables in my beer crisper :-(
