I ordered a new phone for my partner over a month ago.. still not received last I spoke to someone they told me on the 31st I would have it. Now i can't get through to anyone at Telstra and have no idea where the phone is if it's even coming or not.

Hello - did you receive any reply to this - I am in the same situation - it was for my grandfather in lockdown - anyway 20 days later.....
With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.
Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.
