Order placed 2 week's ago but no other updates

I placed a online order for a accessory two weeks ago and i have yet to receive any update on shipping or anything.

Can someone please help me out? trying to decide if I should just cancel the order.

Hi, as I search through this feedback feed you’re not the only one and it’s upsetting the amount of views vs responses (none). I also had an order, I couldn’t even contact to discuss and it was cancelled without my knowledge. I’d say avoid Telstra until they get their shiet together because so many people are getting forgotten/mistreated
