Pit damage status

Hi, 

 

I have a ref number 172347504 for a pit damage reported last month. Do you have a date for when this will be fixed.

Telstra don't own any of this infastructure anymore, you would need to report it to nbnCo.

Issue has already been reported hence the ref number i added in the original post. I am after when this will get fixed

NBN only bought the network not the infrastructure. All Telstra pits are still owned by Telstra hence they have a reporting system where you can report damages

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.
