Redundant Telstra Pit
We have a Telstra pit at the back of our house, we have been in the house 14 years and never been requested access to this pit, it looks redundant and apart from some dead toads insects etc, there is nothing down there?
We are doing renovations and looking at concreting the back of the house, I am loath to just concrete over, as sod's law will tell me as soon as we do they will need access.
The other annoying matter is trying to find teh contact number to call anyone, as it just seems impossible, as everyone I talk to has no idea!
Anybody have any thoughts on the subject?

Re: Redundant Telstra Pit
It would be odd to have a Telstra pit located in someone's backyard. I've never come across one, they've always been out the front of a property in the street. You could try calling 1800 810 443 which is the Telstra Network Integrity Group's number.
