Hi there.  If I cancel my account before the end of the billing period, do I get a pro rata refund?

Yes. Assuming you aren't on contract and subject to Early Termination Charges.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.

We have specialised resolution team set up that I would recommend you speak with.

Once connected will do anything they can to assist and keep you as a customer.

If you're contemplating moving to another provider, please call us on 13 22 00, and say, 'Disconnect' at the voice prompt. 

(They are open from 8am - 9.30pm AEST Monday-Saturday and 8am - 8:00pm AEST Sunday)
