Sound not syncing with Telstra TV pictures

Sound doesn't match lips or Foley noises. We use a sound bar but have no troubles with TV, direct app usuage (e.g. Netflix) or other HDMI connected devices. Only happens when using any of the apps in Telstra TV especially watching catch up TV (e.g. 7plus).
