Spam Blocking of Groups.io

I have just set up Groups.io site for my Golf Club. Of the 60 members, all those with bigpond accounts are rejecting the email invitations as spam. I have checked both spamhaus and another one recommended on your forum and both show Groups.io as not listed as Spam. How do I get around this to the 25% who have bigpond emails?

Was this helpful?

  • Yes it was, thank you
  • No, I still need help

Re: Spam Blocking of Groups.io

Thank you. It seems to have been fixed. I resent all the emails to the members with bigpond.com or bigpond.net.au accounts and they have now gone through. I  reposted   two individually and they went through this afternoon. I then resent the balance of 14 and they have gone through too and people are responding to the invitation emails. Thank you.
