Hi,
Not sure if this is the right place, but when using my PC to use Crowd Support, I keep getting one of the following two messages:
"Sorry, unable to complete the action you requested."
" Request entity too large
It is a bit frustrating, when trying to reply or give feedback to a response.
Any ideas as to what is causing this? Have logged out and in again, but this has been happening for several days now.
Thankss
Catsmum

Is that happening n a PC/Browser, a mobile device or both?
Have you tried clearing 'All cookies and site data' or similar for the browser you are using, not just clearing cache?
Too many devices, probably an addict :-) also a tinkerer and developer of stuff..
Not with Telstra, just another customer like you!
Was this helpful?
- Yes it was, thank you
- No, I still need help

Re: Strange Messages
Hi @catsmum
I used to suffer the same problem.
To fix this download ccleaner.
Run the program and it will fix this from happening.
Please note that it will clear some of your recent searches and quick links on google.
So the advice I give is my own, In my own time, Guided by my own experience/knowledge.
Which I am always happy to be corrected on.

Re: Strange Messages
Yes, Steve, I have just cleaned my cache and the problem seems to be ok now.
I am using my PC and I guess I should clear things more often! :-)

Re: Strange Messages
You can set your browser to clear things automatically - which is what I do. I use Brave browser which is chromium based, just like Edge and Chrome do.. it makes it a bit easier to set thosethings.
