Telstra Complaint web page form not working again


Form will not submit no matter what I do.

All fields required have been completed properly, but page keeps saying they have not been.

This follows other complaints on line that Telstra is not responding properly to any valid query or request for service. Management of Telstra (and perhaps NBN) needs an overhaul. After 5 months of Covid-19 they should have the staff to answer customers queries and not lie when they don't know. They should also be more honest about the delays - that service will take weeks. Honesty is respected. Why can't management understand that? If the staff don't know then they should say so and not promise 24-48 hrs response when that is not happening. Again and again they promise but nothing happens. A new excuse every time I contact them (using app message facility).
