Telstra is useless

We have not had a usable internet service for nearly one week. A technician came out on Sunday, plugged in a new modem said he’d be back later if it didn’t work.

 

It didn’t help. In fact it made it worse. Called back and he did nothing. 

We have Foxtel through Telstra and can very rarely watch anything that is on demand.
To top it off when I complained to a customer service person that this problem has been ongoing over several years they told me I should have used the “cooling off period

@Mimi10 I suggest you lodge an official complaint https://tel.st/4amxg 

 

It will take 3-5 days for a case manager to be assigned. If that fails, then you can take it further to the TIO.
