I recently placed an order via the rewards store for wireless Plantronics earbuds which were on a special offer of 19000 points. During the transaction the screen froze/disconnected and I forget the message that was displayed.
I signed back in to discover my 19000 points were deducted, however, the order for the earbuds was not present
I contacted a Telstra representative by mobile days later whom was working remotely due to the beer virus. She advised me notes were placed on my account and not to stress as the points deducted would be credited.
This is great but the earbuds I originally wanted to order from the Rewards store advise, "Out of Stock", no longer show the offer & my 19000 points are yet to be credited
Is the same offer available after the obvious error/disconnection when claiming my reward?
