Received a text yesterday from Telstra with a one time pin no and to ring them (ha ha cant get through) or go online (ha ha again the automated messages just keep going round in circles getting nowhere) if you had not requested it. In the meantime is someone accessing my number??!!
I also received one this morning. Tried ringing them up, but due to covid, i was asked (by the automated robot) to use the app. No information/solution whatsoever suggested in the app. Is someone trying to break into my account?
