Usage history

I have recently changed my number but Im needing to access my old numbers usage history (calls and texts)... but the number has been deleted from my telstra app.

Am I able to still access it?

Yes, but you may need to pay for it (unless the details used to appear on your bill, in which case ask Telstra for copies of your bills if you can no longer see them online).

Note: you will only be able to get the numbers of outgoing calls and messages, not incoming, and not the actual content of messages.

 

 

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
