My name is BJL

I am frustrated because my emails won't load in webmail. Constantly get "time out" message and emails don't load. Does anyone know how to remedy this?

If you look at the Telstra outages page https://outages.telstra.com.au/ there has been an outage of the email since 10Aug2020, some 2 weeks ago.
