Why don't you call your clients when you promise you will?
Why do you cut off a call when your clients have been holding to speak to you for an hour?
Why do you cut off an account because you are too inept to process a direct debit standing order?
Why do you not reconnect a mobile once the bill has been paid, by telephone, yet again! because of your ineptitude?
