A good idea would be to answer your phones and online support as a start. I run a small business and I don't have time to sit and watch a screen for hours to get a response. Even worse was being hung up on by your automatic answering service.

I Think its a sham as nobody at telstra business can help me with the stay connected replacement. Insurance is not worth it at all!!!!!!!

Just called telstra via chat online and phone to ask if mfa (multi factor authentication) is available for use. I was advised this isn't currently available. Can someone advise if telstra is thinking of implementing mfa?
