Activating nano sim

I have upgraded to Samsung A70 but cannot activate the sim. Message I get is invalid order number. Checked it several times and what I enter is the correct number  where can I get help with this please?

Yes, 132200 will be able to help.

Hi Roseken,

 

Give the Pre-Paid Activation's team a call on 1258887, if it's a Pre-Paid sim. ( if that number doesn't work or it's a Post paid account  ring 132200 ).

 

They'll be able to help you with your sim activation problem.

Thanks for your help but it is not prepaid but perhaps 132200 would still help.
