Add on data packs
I have added on data a fee times now. This time the excess data has not been included in new pack. It always was before when I did it on the phone. Why is there so much discrepancy in the same task.

Re: Add on data packs
Hi there,
For what I understand a newly applied data pack will not cover you for your current excessive usage/cost but will help go towards any further usage.. It's been like for as long as I can remember. I can only think you caught yourself in the past and added a different pack?
Cheers,
Dave
