BigPond My Usage meter won't update
My broadband usage meter hasn't been updating. I'm 16 days into the billing cycle. I have tried on the 24/7 App and the website...is anyone else experiencing this?

I have a similar problem where the meter does not update for a week or more then catches up with a lot of data all at once. Makes it very difficult to keep track of use.

Thanks for the quick reply. Please make sure that both your phone has been updated as well as the Telstra24x7 app if you are using it. If still not working I recommend having a chat with our prepaid team here who can work on resolving issues like this one.
