Can I share an existing mobile phone plan data with my wife?

Hi,

I was just wondering if it is possible to share my mobile phone data with my wife on some sort of data sharing thing, I thought I saw somewhere you could do this for $5 a while ago but cannot find it now.

Basically I have 9GB of data available to use and my wife only has 1GB on her plan, I was wondering if it was possible to somehow link her into my data and use that? or even we have an iPad Air 2 with 4GB of data which never really gets used and can link her into that?

We are both on a Telstra post paid plan.
