Cannot link my account to the 24x7 app

I have tried several times, I have registered and used the details that are on my bill, however it says my details do not match.

 

I am studying from home now as it is mandatory. My phone says I have used 70GB  in 2 weeks which seems ridiculous. 

I cannot link my account in the app to get any support or purchase data packages. 

 

telstra will not take my calls as I am not classes as critical.
