Hi Emily467,
Do you have an Active Recharge? You need to have an Active Recharge to access the Bonus 25GB Data.
To have an Active Recharge you must recharge before the expiry date of your last recharge.
You can contact Telstra on 132200 or via Live Chat

The Pre-Paid team will be able to look at your Account and see why this has happened.
