Anyone else finding their data usage has not updated on the Telstra 24x7 app (now called My Telstra) have logged in on phone and computer not showing updated usage used since 17th March.

There is an update for the app. Try to install it. Clear the cache for the app. Restart the phone. Should help. Let me know whether you resolved the issue please.

I wouls like to know how much usage I am using seeing I am woeking from home now and kids are home too.
Hm. Is this "'My Telstra App" ? There is a chat icon on you screenshot in the bottom right corner. Try to get help directly from Telstra.
