Excessive charge on contract and not receiving Covid 19 data pack
As it is impossible to contact Telstra during this pandemic, I was wondering if someone can give me some assistance.
1) I was swindled by a Telstra staff member into paying $49 a month for 2 years with no international calls and just 15GB of data. This is almost 2 - 3 times what regular plans charge. I was wondering if I can contest this excessive fare and be reimbursed?
2) Second question. I am yet to receive the data that was promised to all customers during the pandemic. I am working from home and have now crossed my usual allocated limit.
My question is, will Telstra provide me with the promised data, and will the extra usage I have incurred be deducted from the promised amount once I receive it.
