Extra free 25 go data

Has anyone found the registration portal for Telstra’s Offer of extra 25gb data on the MyTelstra app home page as advertised.

I haven't seen it in my My Telstra App for a few week's now.

You can use the below link to register for the free Data.

That comes with the app but even though we have not exceeded the limit we are still getting billed an extra 410 per GB that they think we are over.
There is no on line help and calling them is nonsense.

There is nothing showing on the bill but My phone has a message saying we will be charged 410 for an extra 1GB. there is no way to query this and no one to communicate with.

The on line help is useless.

Hi @Redboxtrees,

Yes, the link above is now unresponsive as that link was from 3 month's ago when the whole of Australia could apply for free Data (if they qualified).

If you reside in Victoria and wanted to apply for the free Data try the below link.

I'm not sure if it actually works as I don't live in Victoria...but I've seen the link in another post on Crowdsupport.
