Hi, I have followed all the instructions to try to register for the COVID-19 Extra Data offer. I have logged onto the app and gone to the home page and have clicked on the Covid support logo to try to register a mobile phone for the offer and that just seems to keep going round and round in circles. Any suggestions please

I found that the direct link does not work either.
I have put in multiple requests, but have had no response at all from Telstra.
All they offer is for me to buy 1GB for $10.

What doesn't work with the link, are you seeing the landing page?
I just tried it and it worked, although I didn't fill anything out.

i didi get extra data last month but i have been trying to get it
in the last couple of days and it just takes you round in circles/

Thank you! I don't understand why Telstra have to make it so obscure that a member of the public solves the problems they create. Like a couple of other posters on here, I accessed the extra data easily in the app first time around (back in March or April), but when I wanted to renew after expiry, all of the options they said they offered were unavailable. No 'renew' button in the app, no SMS link, no 'register now' button on the website. And the 'help' by phone or online was non-existent. Phone call said because of reduced staff my query would not be dealt with by phone, go use the app or the website;instead; app wanted to sell me a data pack; app 'help' was an automated response that just kept repeating the same 'solutions' - telling me to do all the things I'd already done and to click buttons that were not even there. Thank you for being a real person who actually helped. The direct link was easy to use, but the proof will be if and when the free data allowance turns up this time, as it did the first time. THANK YOU!
