How to register for extra mobile data during COVID-19

Hi,

 

Just wondering if you can help me register for extra mobile data.  the below link no longer works with error message: "Form unresponsive"

Hi @JoeF2000 

 

My understanding is you can register for it via the My Telstra App. If it is not showing up in there (Which some customers have noticed) is to contact support.

I have looked on the Telstra 24/7 App and it’s not there. Completing the form via the link above was very easy. Now I have to wait on line for a human? This isn’t streamlining but rather making it harder for customers. Very poor customer experience!
