is this going to someone at telstra who can fix a problem or a consumers advice, I'm confused

I have unlimited data. I receive emails advising Ive reached limit and will be charged. Rung Telstra and complained numerous times, told to ignore the emails,  problem will be sorted, its not. Probs with NetGear gismo, sent a new sim I had to pay for. Not one thing has changed, Im distressed and do not want to spend 2 hrs on phone to telstra with someone calling me mam.

What plan are you on, as none of the current Mobile plans have unlimited data.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
