Mobile Data not working

I just got a new sim Pre-paid pack. I’ve received an email confirming that my sim is now activated but it says i have 3G but the data on my internet browser and also apps does not work and says internet connection error.

Hi lottie26,

 

1) Which mobile are you using?

 

2) Did you restart your phone after inserting the new sim card?

 

3) Double check that mobile data is turned on from settings.

 

4) If still no success please try resetting just the network settings. This is usually under Reset option, along with reset phone option.
