Mobile Data promised

Hi, I called Telstra, yesterday about a problem regarding having no internet and lack of usage from our house phone due to an outage where we spent 2 weeks without both internet and using the home phone. Even called Telstra 2 weeks ago about this problem, saying it will he fixed by Monday, 24th February 2020. So I called them yesterday about this again and they offered me, an extra free 10GB for 4-8 hours on my phone, and that they’ll either send a text or call me to tell me when the data is activated but today I got nothing. My reference number is INT-1
