Mobile internet not working
Since last night, I have observed that Telstra’s 4G mobile data is not working.
I have tried restarting the phone but the issue persists.
Is there a problem with Telstra data network ?

It's a big network...
It could be a problem with your local tower, could be a problem with your SIM, or could be a problem with your phone.
Is your phone indicating that you are connected to 4G and just not downloading data, or has it fallen back to 3G?

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.

You can check to see if it is an outage affecting your area by going to https://outages.telstra.com
Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
