Mobile Phone App Plan Balance

I am on an old pre-paid plan (Pre-Paid Cap Encore) which is great for me. But since the new Telstra 24x7 app come out, I no longer allows me to see when I have reached my limits on on caps for Data, Talk Time or SMS. I can now only see my bank of Recharge Credit. I recently lost > $100 in because my data started to use this back before I could buy addition data packs. The current plan has no restriction to how much Credit I can bank, therefore am not limited to plan limits like 200 Gb in current Max Life Plan. Btw, #100# does work either it only shows the last couple of calls or data charges and only the bank of Recharge Credit

Is there another way to check my balance use for Data, Talk for my current cycle?
