Why can't I access usage history on mobile app or on the web

I can using a desk computer. Open the program, click on the mobile number,  click on  Recent charges and then you will see Recent charges breakdown and View details.

Are you doing the same thing?

I can’t either in the app or online. I’ve logged several online requests and have been told each time they are having technical difficulties. I’ll try a couple more times before I report them. They must be able to track data for all plans that aren’t unlimited so this is highly suss that I can’t get the data myself and neither can they.
